INTRODUCTION

Partnership Walk & Run took place on Sunday 19th July 2009 in Gloucester Green, Regent's Park, London. The event was very successful and there were over 1,500 people who participated. See photos!

The 10 km Partnership Walk & Run is an initiative of the Aga Khan Foundation (United Kingdom), organised by its network of volunteers across the United Kingdom.

This year, for the first time, we are introducing the Team Challenge at Partnership Walk & Run.

What is a Team?

A Team consists of 5 or more participants joining together to participate in the 10km Walk & Run.

Why join a Team?

Teams are the fastest growing segment of the Walk & Run because they’re a fun and effective way to raise awareness and funds with the people you know.

And anyone can create a team:

  • Colleagues can get together in support of a good cause to create a Corporate team
  • Parents can get their kids involved from an early age by starting a team
  • Get your classmates together and form a School Team
  • Join forces with fellow students and create a University & College Team
  • Join up with your neighbours, family and friends and create a Community Team
